Bill for Amendments to the PRC Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers (Draft)

Main contents: Where a business operator offers durable goods such as motor vehicles, microcomputers, televisions or refrigerators, or services such as decoration and renovation, if a defect in the good or service arises within six months from the date on which the consumer received the same and a dispute ensues, the business operator shall bear the relevant burden of proof.
