Main contents: Food recalls are divided into:
(1) urgent recalls: after consumption, could lead to death or cause serious harm to human health, requiring urgent recall; and
(2) general recalls: after consumption, generally will not cause serious harm to health, and prompt recall is required.
If a dealer in foodstuffs discovers that a food that it is producing or dealing in falls within the
