Part One: General provisions

Article 1: These Measures have been formulated pursuant to the Securities Investment Fund Law and other relevant laws and administrative regulations, in order to regulate the operational activities of publicly offered securities investment funds (Funds), protect the lawful rights and interests of investors and promote the healthy development of the securities investment fund market.

第一条为了规范公开募集证券投资基金（以下简称基金）运作活动，保护投资者的合法权益，促进证券投资基金市场健康发展，根据《证券投资基金法》及其他有关法律、行政法规，制定本办法。

第二条本办法适用于基金的募集，基金份额的申购、赎回和交易，基金财产的投资，基金收益的分配，基金份额持有人大会的召开，以及其他基金运作活动。
