Main contents: Bond market institutional investors on the Shanghai Stock Exchange may engage money brokerages whose establishment was approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission to provide intermediary services for their trading or transfer of bonds (including asset-backed securities), bond repos, bond derivatives and other related products listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (Article 1).
