Main contents: The establishment in the FTZs of Sino-foreign equity or cooperative joint venture and foreign wholly-owned performance brokerages and performance venue operating entities to provide services to the provinces (municipality directly under the central government) where they are located will be permitted (Article 1). The establishment in the FTZs of Sino-foreign equity or cooperative joint venture and foreign wholly-owned entertainment venues will be permitted (Article 2).
