为推动银行间债券市场对外开放，便利符合条件的境外机构投资者依法合规投资银行间债券市场，现就进一步做好境外机构投资者投资银行间债券市场有关事宜公告如下：
With a view to promoting the opening of the interbank bond market to foreign investment
一、本公告所称境外机构投资者，是指符合本公告要求，在中华人民共和国境外依法注册成立的商业银行、保险公司、证券公司、基金管理公司及其他资产管理机构等各类金融机构，上述金融机构依法合规面向客户发行的投资产品，以及养老基金、慈善基金、捐赠基金等中国人民银行认可的其他中长期机构投资者。
