We have received nominations from leading market players of the China legal field since March; and the submissions show legal practitioners' resilience and strength amidst the U.S.-China trade war, which adds complexities to transactions as well as compliance matters, not to mention the already challenging legal environment in China with issues such as the newly created antitrust regulator, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the rising awareness of Chinese companies over protecting their proprietary IP rights and China's new cybersecurity requirements on compliance.
