Main contents: The Yunnan Pilot Free Trade Zone proposes the creation of an innovative frontier and cross-border economic cooperation model. It promotes the implementation with neighboring countries of a "single certification, single testing, two inspections in one location and bilateral mutual recognition" customs clearance model. It will also permit foreign transport vehicles to enter the Honghe Area and Dehong Area (Article 13).
The Pilot Free Trade Zone will intensify international cooperation in the science and technology field. It also supports the joint establishment by Yunnan and neighboring countries
