Assistance is offered to foreign investors during the epidemic period

Main contents: Means such as online platforms shall be fully exploited to promote the matching of the supply and demand for labor and efforts increased to ensure that enterprises resume production and employ workers. Assistance shall be coordinated in resolving the difficulties faced by foreign-invested enterprises in resuming production, and their complaints shall be duly handled.  Due attention shall be given to the living conditions of enterprises' foreign employees working in China and their families and assistance shall be given in duly carrying out prevention work (Article 1).

Progress in negotiations on major foreign investment projects shall be closely tracked, efforts shall be made to stay apprised of developments in foreign investment decision-making in
