China opens up oil and gas mining

Effective: May 1, 2020 (for three years)

Main contents: Any Chinese-invested or foreign-invested company registered in China with net assets of not less than Rmb300 million is qualified to secure oil and gas mining rights in accordance with provisions (Article 5).

Oil and gas mining rights are subject to the integrated exploration and extraction system, and where an
