第一条 根据《中华人民共和国保险法》和《中华人民共和国外资保险公司管理条例》（以下简称《条例》），制定本细则。
第二条 《条例》所称外国保险公司，是指在中国境外注册、经营保险业务的保险公司。

第三条 外资保险公司至少有1家经营正常的保险公司或者保险集团公司作为主要股东，进行股权变更的，变更后至少有一家经营正常的保险公司或者保险集团公司作为主要股东。
