People's Bank of China, Tentative Provisions for the Administration of Record Filing of the Qualifications of Directors, Supervisors and Senior Executives of Financial Holding Companies for Their Positions

Main contents:       A person serving as the chairman of the board, vice chairman of the board, chairman of the supervisory board, general manager or deputy general manager of a financial holding company or as a person actually performing the duties of one of the foregoing positions shall have engaged in finance work for at least eight years or in related economic work for at least 10 years, and have good professional records.
