Main contents: Where an insurance asset management institution promotes and establishes an asset-backed plan, the same shall be subject to initial filing for approval and subsequent product registration. The initial filing for approval shall be handled by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission in accordance with relevant provisions and subsequent product registration shall be handled by PICC Insurance Asset Registration and Trading System Co., Ltd. in accordance with regulatory provisions and registration rules (Article 1).
