Main contents:  For the purposes of these Measures, the term "online oral hearing" means the completion online by the China National Intellectual Property Administration in the course of administrative adjudication of the oral hearing procedure in an administrative decision case through the internet. The online oral hearing of a case has the same legal effect as an offline oral hearing thereof (Article 2).
