Main contents: Where exploration rights or mining rights are granted by competitive means, the transaction price determined in the competition shall be collected at the time of the grant; once mine exploitation commences, the mining right grant proceeds shall be collected annually at the mining right grant proceed rate specified in the contract. The mining right grant proceed rate shall be determined based on the rate specified in the Mineral Catalogue at the time of the grant.
