State Cryptography Administration, Measures for Administration of the Security Assessments of Commercial Cryptography Applications

Applicability:     For the purposes of these Measures, the phrase "Security Assessment of a Commercial Cryptographic Application" means the activities of testing, analyzing, assessing and verifying the compliance, correctness and effectiveness of a commercial cryptographic technology, product or service used on a network and information system conducted in accordance with relevant laws, statutes and standards (Article 2).
