Lingang Special Area allows free flow of general data upon record filing

Main contents: Pursuant to the requirements of the Data Security Law, cross-border data are divided into three levels in descending order: core data, key data and general data. It is prohibited to transfer core data across borders. A key data catalogue and general data list will be formulated for key data and general data (Article 8).
