Ministry of Natural Resources, Measures for the Administration of Data Security in the Natural Resources Sector

Applicability:  For the purposes of these Measures, the term "natural resources sector data" means data collected and generated in the course of conducting natural resources activities, mainly including basic geographic information, remote sensing imagery and other such geographic information and data; land, mineral, forest, grassland, water, wetland, sea area, island and other such natural resources survey and monitoring data; master planning, detailed planning, special planning and other such territorial and spatial planning data; and use control, asset management, arable land protection, ecological restoration, development and utilization, immovable property registration and other such natural resources management data (Article 3).
