Chinese Court Rules in Favor of Apple on Controversial App Store Fees
On May 29, the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court ruled that Apple did not abuse its dominant market power and has not charged unfairly high commission fees on its App store. The plaintiff, a consumer named Jin Xin, said he will appeal the decision to the Supreme People's Court.
