State Council prohibits policies and measures that are against fair competition

Main contents: Policies and measures drafted by drafting entities may not, as prohibited by the Regulations, contain provisions that restrict or restrict in a disguised manner market entry or exit, restrict the free flow of goods or factors, that affect the cost of production or operations or affect production or operation acts

(1) illegally putting in place approval procedures for industries, sectors, businesses, etc.
