Applicability: For the purposes of these Guidelines, the term “Market Value Management” means the strategic management acts, based on the idea of improving its quality, that a listed company carries out to enhance its investment value and shareholder return capabilities (Article 2).
Main contents: A listed company shall focus on its main business, improve its operational efficiency and profitability and may additionally, in light of its own circumstances, comprehensively utilize the following means to cause its investment value to reasonably reflect its quality:
