Where a listed company or other party with an information disclosure obligation has solid and sufficient evidence to show that the information it proposes to disclose involves state secrets or another matter the disclosure of which could result in a violation of state confidentiality regulations or administrative requirements, it shall be exempted from the disclosure thereof in accordance with the law.
