The Cyberspace Administration of China is continuously strengthening its publicizing of policies for administration of the security of the cross-border1 transfer of data and guiding and assisting data handlers in efficiently and compliantly conducting cross-border data transfer activities. After consideration of recently received inquiries, we hereby publish certain representative questions and responses thereto as follows:
