The Amendment Draft adds new forms in which illegal acts manifest, expands reporting channels, adds greater detail to the conditions for opening a case and concluding an investigation, sets forth law enforcement and investigative measures and strengthens accountability, giving rise to a closer linkage between the fair competition review system and law enforcement in connection with the abuse of administrative power to eliminate or restrict competition.
