BYD Probed For Alleged Communist Party Ties



A U.S. Congressional Committee has launched an investigation into Chinese electric vehicle giant BYD over alleged links to the Chinese Communist Party, Cryptopolitan reports.

Republicans on the House Committee on Homeland Security have requested that BYD provide an extensive set of internal documents, including those that provide a breakdown of the “company’s structure, cybersecurity protocols, and its American activities.”
