Measures for the Expedited Examination of Trademark Registration Applications

Article 1: These Measures have been formulated pursuant to relevant provisions of the PRC Trademark Law and the Implementing Regulations for the PRC Trademark Law and in light of the realities of trademark work in order to serve in the high-quality development of the country, implement the decision-making arrangements for reform of an optimized innovation environment in the intellectual property field and the business environment, sustainably enhance the quality and efficiency of intellectual property examination, extensively implement the trademark brand strategy, expeditiously examine trademark registration applications that involve the national interest, public interests or major regional development strategies in accordance with the law and innovate in examination models and improve examination procedures.
