Main contents: Information published by a medical institution for the purpose of medical research, such as for the recruitment of trial subjects, clinical research patients, etc., does not constitute advertising (Article 3).

Triage or guidance of patients by a medical institution as well as acts such as online response to patient queries, guidance of patients in receiving treatment, etc. in the course of online diagnosis and treatment done in accordance with regulations on online medical care do not constitute advertising (Article 4).
