Chinese Self-Driving Cars in Europe a Double-Edged Sword



As the U.S. imposes tough restrictions on Chinese AI and data-driven technologies, Chinese self-driving car manufacturers are pivoting to Europe—a shift which could bring opportunities and risks to the region, ThinkChina reports.
