Applicability: These Measures shall govern products and services offered to the public in the mainland of the People’s Republic of China that utilize artificial intelligence technology to simulate human personality traits, ways of thinking and communication styles, and that engage in emotional interaction with humans through text, images, audio, video and other such means (Anthropomorphic Interaction Services). Where laws or administrative regulations provide otherwise, such provisions shall be complied with (Article 2).

Main contents: A provider shall implement entity responsibility for the security of its Anthropomorphic Interaction Services, establish and improve management systems for algorithmic mechanism
