CAC requires entity responsibilities for personal data collection by apps. In a dispute case involving infringement of a utility model or design patent, the people’s court may require the plaintiff to submit a patent assessment report. An online trading platform operator may not use its platform rules to compel platform merchants to bear after-sales responsibilities.
