Legislation Roundup: Protection of online minor data, Financial data classification, and Pharmaceutical marketing

CAC prohibits AI and algorithmic data that could harm the physical or mental health of minors. Guidelines for classification of financial data are set forth. Pharmaceuticals produced abroad are required to abide by Chinese regulations for marketing.
