China Releases Typical Case on AI Trade Secrets Infringement



To assist businesses in complying with competition rules in the field of artificial intelligence, the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) has released five typical cases of unfair competition in the field, City Says reports. One, concerning trade secrets, is of particular interest.
