Legislation Roundup: Offshore RMB funding, Short-term trading, and Securities fund disclosure

PBOC has introduced rules to facilitate the offshore funding of renminbi. CSRC defines short-term trading, and consolidates identical or similar disclosure items in regular reports of securities investment funds.
