Main contents:  Where a foreign state, region or international organization violates international law or the basic tenets of international relations by imposing discriminatory prohibitions, restrictions or other similar measures against the PRC in relation to industrial and supply chains, or by carrying out or assisting in carrying out an act that undermines the security of the industrial and supply chains of the PRC, the relevant State Council authority shall have the authority to conduct an industrial and supply chain security investigation in respect of such measures or acts.
