Main contents: The extraterritorial application of the PRC’s anti-unfair competition laws and rules shall be explored and spurred; and where acts of unfair competition, such as false publicity, unfair competition online, commercial defamation, infringement of trade secrets, etc., committed abroad^¹ disrupt the competitive order in the domestic^² market and harm the lawful rights and interests of domestic business operators or consumers, the same shall be resolutely counteracted so as to safeguard the security of PRC industrial and supply chains and protect the interests of the state and PRC enterprises.
