Online information may not cause confusion by fabricating issues, deepfakes, speculating and inventing.

Main contents: Where an internet information content multi-channel distribution service provider engages in internet cultural activities, online performance brokerage activities, online publishing services, online audiovisual program services or internet news information services, it shall secure the pertinent administrative permit in accordance with the law and it is forbidden from providing such services without a permit or ultra vires (Article 6).
