Main contents: Where an internet information service provider that has secured a relevant telecommunications service permit fails to launch the relevant telecommunications service for two years in succession or ceases to satisfy the telecommunications service permit conditions, the competent telecommunications department that rendered the decision to grant the permit shall cancel the relevant telecommunications service permit (Article 9).
