Chinese Court Rules on Unfair High Pricing



A Chinese court held that short-term price fluctuations cannot automatically be regarded as unfair high prices, according to a press release from China's highest court.

The Supreme People’s Court (SPC) released this case as part of a set of typical cases regarding anti-monopoly behavior.
