Main contents: An individual satisfying the conditions set forth below may be recognized as a qualified investor:



(1)       having at least two years of investment experience in securities, funds, futures, equity, etc. or serving as a senior executive at a firm specified in item (1) of Article 6 hereof;



(2)       having household financial assets of not less than RMB 5 million or household net financial assets of not less than RMB 3 million or an average annual personal income of not less than RMB 500,000 during the last three years;



(3)       the investment amount complying with Article 8 hereof;



(4) having the requisite ability to identify and bear risks



An entity satisfying the conditions set forth below may be recognized as a qualified investor:



(1)       being a legal person with net assets of not less than RMB 10 million as at the end of the last year;



(2)       the investment amount complying with Article 8 hereof; and



(3)       having the requisite ability to identify and bear risks (Article 5).
